More About Me!
My therapeutic approach is integrative and psychodynamic based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and CBT Trauma informed (CBT-TI), Mindfulness based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational nterviewing (MI), Narrative (NT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) along with Psychospiritual interventions.
For children and teens, I use CBT, Mentalization Therapy, MBSR, Play, Expressive Arts, and Bibliotherapy as well as Brief Solutions-focused Therapy (BSFT). For Asperger Syndrome Disorders (ASDs) in children and teens and to support parents, I use ECHO- RUBI interventions.
While working with adult women, couples and families facing life transitions, I offer therapeutic supports to help process over-whelming feelings and make healthier choices and informed decisions for establishing and maintaining improvement in personal wellbeing while making progress towards therapeutic goals as well as meaningful lifelong goals.
