Teletherapy Services

For Individual Adult Clients:
With over a decade and a half long clinical experience in working with children, adolescents, college and graduate students, single moms, adult women, couples, families, and when offered, with facilitating support and psychoeducation groups, there are a lot of resources which I will be able to share with you which may benefit you as you continue your treatment with me.
You will have the information for suitable referrals, when indicated and helpful in your particular case.

For Couples:
For life partners and as couples, I hope to offer therapeutic space where your relationship is symbolically a client. By doing so, there is a greater chance that you will engage in couples counseling sessions with a more positive approach to mend your relationship.

For Parents with Children:
For parents who are struggling with parenting tasks, I encourage you to take an affectionate approach towards your growing or growing up children. Whether you child has a combination of health, emotional, psychological issues, are faced with personality disorders, difficulty in managing their emotions and routines, or/and are externally stressed with academic, social, emotional and behavioral issues, they will have the ability tp express their feelings and thoughts, worries and needs and with therapeutic support, they will find it easier to manage and cope, effectively.

For Adolescents and College/ University Students:
Working with children, preteens, teens, and students is one of most rewarding experiences in mental health. At these ages, youth can find inner strength for making the best use of all that they have going well for them given their resources, family and social supports as well as inner talents and drive. There is hope in their resilient sense of self. I offer treatment to youth based on their strengths and short term and long-term life goals. Through appointments, they will be able to build a healthier way for using their energy in living more productively and confidently.

For Single Moms and Women:
Motherhood is a blessing and also can be difficult at all stages of a woman’s own lifetime as well as that of their child/ren. With therapeutic help is available for prenatal, perinatal, postnatal and postpartum stages, my hope is to empower women in making their daily routines through pregnancy and post-pregnancy childcare easier. With women who are separating, separated, going through divorcing, already divorced and widowed, I know that you are hurt and hoping to make yourself whole as best as you can. Embracing life experiences that tear down a sense of self that you had before can be difficult on all levels – emotional, psychological, personal, spiritual, and especially, socially. I hope that I will be able to help you heal using an integrative therapeutic framework that best suits your treatment goals.
